Pursuant to the Contract Agreement, all matters billed on an hourly basis shall be billed at Attorney’s published hourly rates. Client understands and agrees that Attorney and staff shall bill at the rates in effect at the time services are performed.

Attorney reserves the right to increase or decrease hourly rates from time to time. Any such change in rates shall apply prospectively to services performed after the effective date of the change. Notice of any rate change may be provided by publication on the firm’s website and/or by written communication to Client.

Client agrees to be bound by the hourly rates in effect at the time services are rendered during the course of representation.

Hourly rates effective 3/17/2026 are as follows:

Whitney H. Raque: $400.00 per hour
Staff/Paralegal: $150.00 per hour
