Pursuant to our Contract Agreement for all matters that are billed on an hourly basis, all clients are bound by the following:

My attorney(s) shall bill me at their published hourly rate for time worked on this case and reserve the right to bill for the work of law clerks, paralegals, legal assistants, and staff members consistent with the same published rates. I agree to be bound by the present hourly rates published at:

And agree that the attorneys may increase or decrease said hourly rates by publishing the same. I agree that all staff may bill at their current published rate during this matter, regardless of the rate at the time that I sign this document.

Hourly rates effective 6/13/25:

Whitney Raque: $500.00 per hour

Kipley Haney: $150 per hour

Ariel Daniel: $150 per hour
